ملخص:
هدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل خطاب كل من الطريقة العلاوية وجمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين للبحث عن مدى ما حوته من قيم ومفاهيم ديمقراطية قادرة على تعزيز عملية التحول الديمقراطي، وتوظيفها في بناء ثقافة سياسية ديمقراطية راسخة لدى أتباعها من جهة، وأسباب الهيمنة للملفوظات والنوعيات التعبيرية التي تساند القيم التراثية والهوياتية على حساب تلك التي تنادي بالتجديد والإصلاح من جهة أخرى. نشأت الطريقة العلاوية سنة 1909م وجمعية العلماء سنة 1931م في بيئة سياسية خاضعة للاستعمار الفرنسي مما جعل البعد الهوياتي يحتل مركز الصدارة في خطابهما على حساب نشر ثقافة سياسية ديمقراطية، وبالرغم من وجود مضامين ديمقراطية في خطاب كل منهما، إلا أن هذه المضامين لم تتجسد إلى ممارسات على أرض الواقع. Abstract: The aim of this study is to analyze the discourse of both the Alawiya Method and the Algerian Muslim Scholars Association to search for the extent of democratic values and concepts that can enhance the democratic transition process and employ them in building a solid democratic political culture for their followers, on the one hand, and the reasons for the dominance of heritage and identity values and expressive qualities that support them at the expense of those that call for renewal and reform on the other. The Alawiya Method emerged in 1909 and the Algerian Muslim Scholars Association in 1931 in a political environment subject to French colonization, which made the identity dimension occupy the forefront of their discourse at the expense of spreading a democratic political culture. Although there are democratic contents in the discourse of both, these contents have not been translated into practices on the ground.
