هذا التهديدالذي أصبح يشكل خطرا كبيراعلى كل دول العالم، ما أدى الى ظهور العديد من الاستراتيجيات للدول الكبري ، و الملاحظ أن أغلب الاليات الموجهة ضد اإلرهاب لم تنجح في استئضال جذور الظاهرة خاصة مع توظيف الجماعات الارهابية لادوات جديدةتعتمد Abstract The study touched on the various approaches to counter-terrorism policies, whether security or development, this threat that has become a great danger to all countries of the world, which led to the emergence of many strategies for major countries, and it is noted that most of the mechanisms directed against terrorism did not succeed in eradicating the roots of the phenomenon Especially with terrorist groups employing new tools that depend on technological development and geographical extension to disperse regional and international efforts in addressing terrorism, and the Maghreb region and Algeria in particular are considered a forerunner and pioneer in the fight against terrorism and armed violence that it has known since 1992 , Despite the international neglect, Algeria adopted the development of a set of security and development mechanisms in order to confront the phenomenon, but it transgressed to the external level to threaten its security and stability due to the crises of neighboring countries and the spread of terrorism in them, but after the events of September 11, 2001 and the emergence of the concept of the war on terrorism Which gave the phenomenon a global dimension, which formed an opportunity for the Algerian policy to address the phenomenon. على التطور التكنولوجي و الامتداد الجغرافي اجلغرايف لتشتيت الجهود الاقفليمية و الدولية في معاجلة الارهاب ، و تعترب منطقة المغرب العريب و الجزائر على وجه الخصوص دولة سباقة و رائدة في خوض غمار محاربة الارهاب و العنف المسلح الذي عرفته منذ سنة1992، و رغم التجاهل الدولي اعتمدت الجزائر بوضع مجموعة من الاليات الامنية والتنمويةقصد مجابهة الظاهرة، الا انه تعدة المستوى الخارجي ليهدد أمنها و استقرارها بسبب أزمات الدول المجاورة و تفشي الارهاب فيها،لكن بعد أحداث 11/09/2001وبروز مفهوم الحرب على اإلرهاب الذي أعطى للظاهرة بعدا عامليا، وهو ماشكل فرصةللسياسة الجزائرية في معاجلة الظاهرة |
