Méthodes alternatives pour la procédure pénale
Compte tenu du phénomène criminel croissant qui a entraîné une inflation législative et l'accumulation de tribunaux par affaires, les sociétés ont connu la crise de la justice pénale. Par conséquent, le législateur algérien est allé de pair avec la législation pénale contemporaine pour faire face à cette crise et rechercher des voies alternatives auxprocédures pénales traditionnelles qui cherchent à réduire la charge de la justice d'une part. Pour réformer le criminel et garantir les droits de la victime d'autre part, ainsi que dans l'intérêt de la société, il a développé des méthodes alternatives basées sur le principe du consentement entre les justiciables qui reposent sur les systèmes de pardon pénal et de médiation pénale qui reposent sur la volonté des justiciables et sur d'autres méthodes consensuelles. Cependant, principalement de procédure en matière pénale et de réconciliation pénale pour poursuivre l'idée de basculer de l'affaire pénale traditionnelle Alternative Methods for Criminal Procedure» Abstract : In light of the growing criminal phenomenon that has resulted in legislative inflation and the accumulation of courts by cases, societies have known the criminal justice crisis.
