Il traite également les preuves physiques et de laboratoire de manière scientifique et fournit des rapports médicaux fiables et des certificats qui soutiennent le processus décisionnel devant les tribunaux. Par conséquent, la médecine légale est une partie essentielle de la justice et contribue à garantir la réalisation d'un procès équitable et à dispenser la justice pour tous Abstract: Forensic medicine provides reliable medical evidence and important scientific recommendations that assist judges in making fair decisions and ensuring justice in the courts. It also handles physical and laboratory evidence in a scientific manner and provides reliable medical reports and certificates that support the decision-making process in court. Therefore, forensic medicine is an essential part of justice and contributes to ensuring a fair trial and dispensing justice for all. |
